Terms of User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of Pizzapocalypse (hereinafter Pizzapocalypse or the Administration) on the one hand and the user of the mobile game on the other.

The Pizzapocalypse mobile game is not a media.

By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, do not use the Pizzapocalypse website!

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right to:

• receive information on the site
• comment on content posted on the site
• use the site information for personal non-commercial purposes

The administration has the right:

• at your discretion and the need to create, cancel rules
• restrict access to any information in the application
• create, change, delete information
• delete accounts

The user undertakes:

• update the Personal data provided during registration, in case of their change
• do not copy information from other sources
• when copying information from other sources.
• not to disseminate information that is aimed at propaganda of war, incitement of national, racial or religious information, dissemination of this criminal or administrative liability
• do not disrupt the performance of the game
• do not take actions, message to mislead other Users
• do not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and / or interaction with the Application and its Services

The administration undertakes:

• to maintain the performance of the application, except in cases where it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.

Responsibility of the parties

• the administration is not responsible for the discrepancy between the expected User and real services
• the administration does not provide any responsibility for services by third parties

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement enters into force with any use of this application.

The agreement is valid indefinitely.

The administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.

The administration does not notify users about the change in the Agreement.
